Honeywell is a leading company in automation and aerospace technologies, seeking an experienced Systems or Product Engineer to lead the pursuit strategy for Flight Control Actuation Systems. As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will develop and execute strategies, engage with customers, and oversee product development initiatives within the Motion Control Systems unit.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the pursuit strategy for flight control actuation systems including estimate and proposal development

Engage with external customers and partners on aircraft industry developments, product needs, and technology trends in order to inform our offering / product roadmaps

Oversee and execute trade and feasibility studies and product feature development work package as part of the next generation of Assure offerings

Contribute to development of Motion Control Systems organizational capability by executing process improvement initiatives and mentoring the workforce

Required

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
