Responsibilities

Develop laser diagnostics

Integrate and characterize optoelectronic components, including photodetectors, modulators, and high speed cameras and diodes

Develop and implement RF signal detection and processing for optical systems

Work with single-mode and multi-mode fiber optics for system integration and signal transmission

Perform system-level testing, data analysis, and debugging of complex optical systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including optics, mechanical, and software engineers

Document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports

Stay current with advancements in photonics, lasers, and relevant technologies

Experience with high-speed digital electronics and data acquisition systems
