They are seeking an IT Infrastructure Intern to assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, gaining hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and supporting the IT team on various projects.

Responsibilities

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software systems

Support the IT team in managing system resources

Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Participate in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and network diagrams

Provide support for IT-related projects and initiatives, including security protocol implementation

Ensure all IT equipment is inventoried and maintained

Respond to technical support requests and resolve user issues promptly

Required

Current sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience or understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact

Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments
