Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Data Analytics & Process Improvement

Responsibilities
Lead Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects to drive efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across operations by identifying process inefficiencies and waste
Utilize multivariate DOE to identify key process drivers and optimize performance
Apply DMAIC methodology to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
Develop data-driven solutions and implement process controls to ensure long-term success
Design and build a predictive model utilizing past and current process and performance data to proactively indicate recommended process condition changes and the expected outcome
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics
Present findings and recommendations to leadership through data visualization and reports
Conduct training and mentorship for Green Belts and project teams to build organizational capability
Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Minitab and SQL to analyze and interpret data
Identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-driven improvements
Ensure project alignment with business strategy and measurable impact on KPIs
Qualification
Required
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or data analytics
Proven experience in leading cross-functional project teams to achieve significant business results
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
Hands-on experience with multivariate DOE and statistical modeling
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Minitab, SQL, etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills influence and drive change
Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML applications in process improvement
Familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation initiatives
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
