Responsibilities

Partner with internal hiring manager(s) to help recruit both new / experienced sales candidates to join the BDN team

Proactively generate consistent pipeline of high-quality potential new hires using a variety of sourcing methods

Professionally guide candidates through the entire candidate process, including prescreening, interviews, onboarding, etc

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills and qualities needed for each sales position and ensure a smooth hiring process

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience over the phone and in-person

Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring decisions

Creatively source passive job seekers through phone prospecting, email, social media (LinkedIn, etc.) and other innovative sourcing tactics

Attend local university networking and industry events to build a strong relationships with potential candidates while promoting the BDN brand

Accountable for weekly metrics such as phone dials, interviews, offers and acceptances

Required

Bachelor's degree required

1-3 years of recruitment experience required (history of successful placement for sales positions a plus)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships with potential candidates

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Expertise in using Microsoft Office, Monster, Indeed, social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
