Responsibilities

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Defines and communicates the product vision and strategy for reporting and dashboard solutions
Collaborates with stakeholders to discover and define high-impact AI/ML opportunities
Prioritizes features based on business value
Develops and maintains a product backlog aligned with overall product strategy
Works closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Monitors and analyzes product performance to enhance user experience
Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data visualization

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Strong understanding of data visualization tools and technologies (such as Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and business applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Influencing skills and effectiveness in a matrix environment
Organizational and project management skills
Success in supporting a team or function through significant and frequent change
Curiosity and willingness to learn

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies
