Responsibilities
Lead or support the implementation of TrackWise or equivalent QMS platforms, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, solicitation and refinement of technical scope requirements, development of designs and unit testing approaches, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross functional teams including technical consultants, project managers and validation specialists to deliver high quality solutions
Once a project is set in motion, communicate statuses of project tasks, identify potential project risks and issues, triage issues and provide continuing communicate to project managers regularly
Manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables
Throughout the project lifecycle, obtain feedback to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost and performance
Support and re-enforce the perception of Sikich as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team to enhance work culture and a positive environment
Display positive insight and business acumen, applying technical competence, and engaging with team and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Trackwise development experience or equivalent, including Configuration, Report Development, Error Log troubleshooting
Experience with TrackWise Digital
Understanding of Agile or similar development methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Strong desire to build consulting experience while learning new skills along the way
Excellent communication, client facing and problem solving skills
Familiarity with validation documentation(URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ)
Background in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries
Preferred
Trackwise certification and/or experience preferred
Familiarity with writing user stories and using agile tracking software (Jira, Agile Accelerator, etc.) a plus
