Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC/Aura, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Build guided, performant OmniStudio experiences with best-practice caching, filtering, and state management
Partner with Enterprise Architecture on robust data modeling and platform governance
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP, Bulk API, and Metadata API; leverage ETL tools for data migration
Configure and administer Experience Cloud; create reports and dashboards
Mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Implement comprehensive unit tests; drive deployment readiness and troubleshoot CI/deploy issues
Collaborate with US clients and coordinate daily across onsite–offshore teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years in IT with 3–4+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and 2–3+ OmniStudio project implementations
Strong hands-on with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) and Experience Cloud
Proficient in integrations (REST/SOAP, WSDL, OAuth/SSL), Bulk/Metadata APIs; strong SQL/PL‑SQL and data modeling
Experienced with deployments (Change Sets, ANT, Eclipse/SFDX) and unit testing best practices
Proven US client-facing experience and onsite–offshore coordination
Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (required)
Preferred
