Responsibilities

Lead the strategic planning and execution of ecommerce-focused initiatives to transform the returns experience, prioritizing digital customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and cost optimization
Oversee the design and implementation of ecommerce returns programs and policies, ensuring a frictionless, omnichannel customer experience while driving return-related cost reductions
Partner with technology, product, and operations teams to develop and deploy innovative digital solutions that streamline the returns process across all ecommerce channels
Analyze ecommerce data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in returns operations
Benchmark ecommerce returns performance against industry standards and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects focused on ecommerce returns transformation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact
Build and nurture partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and support for ecommerce transformation initiatives
Foster a culture of integrity, ethics, and continuous learning within the ecommerce operations team

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
3 years' supervisory experience
Extensive progressive leadership experience in ecommerce operations, retail returns, or supply chain transformation
Demonstrated success in leading ecommerce initiatives that improve digital customer experience and reduce operational costs
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on ecommerce metrics and KPIs
Proven ability to innovate and drive change in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale ecommerce projects
Commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement
