Landscape Enhancement Designer and Sales Specialist
Lifescape Colorado is building a premier outdoor living company and is seeking an experienced Enhancement Designer and Sales Specialist to join their team. The role involves combining creativity and horticulture with business aspects of sales and estimating, preparing landscape designs and proposals for enhancements or garden updates.

Responsibilities
Demonstrates the ability to achieve the required annual design/enhancements projects sales goal
Works with new and existing clients to develop needed enhancement ideas that will elevate and enrich their current landscape
Delivers excellent service to our clients, meeting with clients on: initial consultations, sales presentations of your designs and proposals, through contract closing and project installation
Consistently meets goal of turning around proposals within 24-72 hours; based on project scope
Provides proactive communication keeping clients updated on project process and timelines
Cultivates great client relationships and ensures project meets clients expectations, budget, and assists in collecting payment (AR.)
Oversees projects with the ability to plan, organize, execute, and track multiple projects at one time
Update and maintain accurate sales pipeline
Ask for referrals and reviews
Prepare detailed proposals for small projects and designs. Incorporated elements may include but are not limited to: irrigation, planting, low-voltage lighting, demolition, drainage, tree care, and hardscape
Designs seasonal color for containers (Spring, Summer, Fall), Holiday greens, Holiday lighting
Be knowledgeable and informed of landscape services, best practice landscape installation methods, plant identification and planting design
Be able to complete accurate estimate takeoffs, create proposals in estimation software
Create job packs with detailed project information to ensure successful field installation to budgeted hours, materials, and client expectations
Meet Foremen on site on a regular basis to approve layout, plant placement and ensure design intent is being met
Provide feedback and mentor on proper techniques, problem solving, and ways to be more efficient
Ensure client is updated from consultation to project installation and happy at completion
Source specialty plants or materials when needed
Work with specialty trades or subcontractors as needed; arborist, fencing contractors etc
Promote safety
Assist in business development initiatives or events as needed
Provide support to the company as needed
Qualification
Required
Horticultural knowledge, plant identification, landscape best practices
Landscape/horticulture degree
Valid driver's license with approval from fleet insurance carrier
Proficient in use of technology; design software, Microsoft Office Suite, and company estimation software
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
