Sales Support & Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Canvas neighborhoods, connect with homeowners and local businesses, represent us at community events, and build relationships that turn into long-term customers
Help us develop and launch this new service, gather customer feedback, and create processes that scale as we grow
Answer phones, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and educate homeowners about indoor air quality and mini splits—all with warmth and expertise

Qualification

Required

People person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others
Comfortable with canvassing, door-knocking, and face-to-face conversations
Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain language
