Responsibilities
Lead the company’s data strategy, governance, and business intelligence initiatives
Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, device management, and vendor relationships
Ensure system uptime, SaaS performance, and secure access to critical data
Own cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.), risk assessments, and incident response
Lead and develop a team including IT Operations, Data, Database, and Site Reliability roles
Partner across departments to evaluate needs and implement scalable technology solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years in IT and/or data analytics + 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong background in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and SaaS ecosystems
Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data management
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and enterprise systems
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FERPA, HIPAA)
Excellent communication, project management, and team-building skills
