Build and execute growth strategies across direct and digital channels

Strengthen customer relationships and enhance satisfaction

Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams

Oversee RFQ operations, pricing strategy, and win-rate performance

Maintain robust CRM discipline, KPIs, analytics, and executive reporting

Required

10+ years in senior commercial leadership (CCO, VP Sales, VP BD)

Proven B2B commercial leadership and sales growth success

Industry experience: Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Industrial, or Electronics

Success leading and developing large teams

Experience with digital and AI-driven commercial sales platforms

Advanced customer engagement and business development skills

Advanced pricing, negotiation, and contractual expertise

Strong business acumen and strategic planning ability

Advanced relationship management and conflict resolution skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation ability

Strong desire to win and a resilient, growth-oriented mindset

High ownership, accountability, and leadership presence
