Sr Process Engineer

Responsibilities
Work closely with design, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product introductions
Design, validate, and implement new manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures
Collaborate with contract manufacturers (CMs) and suppliers to develop and optimize custom parts and production processes
Prepare documentation such as bills of materials (BOMs), control plans, and work instructions, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Conduct design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement activities, analyze production performance metrics, and provide technical support to the manufacturing floor
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, Manufacturing Systems software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment
Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, Manufacturing Systems software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software
Preferred
Proven leadership in cross-functional and cross-geo projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Linux systems, server hardware, and enterprise fulfillment operations
