Responsibilities

Design, qualify, and maintain RF and precision analog test systems

Improve uptime of laser trimmers, mechanical fixtures, and through automated test software

Optimize test and factory automation using statistical analysis and data-driven insights

Validate test applications against customer specifications

Document and communicate test application details to internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with quality systems through documentation and training of operators and technicians

Participate in peer reviews and support compliance for military and aerospace industry standards

Troubleshoot hardware using schematics, layout files, and test equipment

Support sustainment of sub-systems including electrical, mechanical, and digital components
