Mandrel is building the AI-native ERP for physical goods and is seeking a Solutions Consultant to enhance their pre-sales process. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations leaders to demonstrate the ERP platform's capabilities and manage pre-sales projects.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with finance, accounting, and operations leaders to demonstrate the capabilities of the Mandrel ERP platform, focusing on solving business problems and articulating end-to-end workflows

Manage pre-sales projects, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions and conducting proof-of-concept development in close collaboration with the delivery team at Mandrel to ensure tight alignment with product capabilities

Support the Go-to-Market team by offering a consultative and solutions-oriented approach in meetings with prospects, and translating those solutions into workflow maps, implementation proposals and other materials and assets

Provide guidance on integrating Mandrel into clients' broader tech stack, which often involves navigating complex systems like WMS, CRM, and BI tools

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a consultative approach to technical and business problem-solving

Required

4+ years of overall experience, ideally in both a tech-focused company as well as a more corporate environment

2+ year in Solutions Consulting or similar roles (e.g. Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management) in ERP SaaS or Fintech

Familiarity with how systems like ERPs or CRMs integrate in a complex technology stack and be able to drive technical consultative partnership with CFOs and Controllers
