Responsibilities

Own Replicant’s marketing-led pipeline number: Define the strategy, programs, and budget that deliver predictable growth aligned with business goals
Develop and operationalize the marketing funnel: Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and reporting across lead and opportunity stages
Partner closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to align on targets, pipeline forecasting, lead scoring, routing, and reporting
Set priorities and coach the team: Provide strategic guidance, setting KPIs, and creating accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health
Be a player-coach: While leading strategically, you’re comfortable stepping in to model excellence to help the team move faster and smarter
Partner with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams: Ensure messaging and campaigns are unified across all touchpoints and aligned to buyer needs

Required

Proven leader with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and 2+ years managing multi-function demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology
You have a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth. You've built and scaled marketing systems that directly contribute to revenue, not just leads
Strategic operator and coach. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and can operate in a fast-moving startup environment, but you're also skilled at setting vision, creating clarity, and empowering teams to execute with accountability and alignment
Deep understanding of the full funnel from awareness to opportunity, including how to execute, measure, and optimize each stage
Analytical and data-fluent. Comfortable interpreting pipeline metrics, salesforce data, and ROI dashboards to drive decisions and communicate impact
Collaborative, business-minded marketer. You build trusted partnerships with GTM and Exec teams, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
