Responsibilities
Drive development across the entire breadth of the Approvals Platform, building an enterprise-grade core and a simple, flexible experience that teams can adopt and reuse
Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality platform capabilities and UX
Conduct structured product discovery, including stakeholder interviews, competitive research, data analysis, and usability reviews
Test, validate, and measure success of platform improvements using well-defined metrics and feedback from early adopters
Qualification
Required
2-4+ years of product management and 4-8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components and develop clear recommendations
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across engineering, design, sales, customer teams, and partner teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and level of detail to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
Bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
