Republic Finance is a growing financial services company dedicated to helping customers meet their personal finance goals. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will participate in an 18-24 month training program, focusing on branch operations and customer service while seeking opportunities to originate new loan business and assist in branch management.

Responsibilities

Actively seek opportunities to originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and listening to understand their needs

Recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions for customers

Educate customers on all of our consumer lending services, including how to improve credit and consolidate debt

Help customers through the loan application process and make payment reminder calls when needed

Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims

Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting and training

Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience

Required

Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills

Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities

Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record

Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen

Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility is based on a criminal background check conducted by the state's department of insurance

Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role
