Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to ensure stock is properly stored and rotated. Perform regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts
Receiving & Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, verify products against shipping documents, and store items in their appropriate locations
Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring that orders are completed accurately and on time
Shipping & Receiving: Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling, packing, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management software or paper systems
Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 80 lbs)
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) may be required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
