Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to guide new products and enhancements from idea to implementation and beyond
Work closely with UX practitioners to lead and participate in research, strategy, and interaction design engagements
Facilitate collaborative workshops and alignment activities
Coach and mentor other practitioners to develop their craft
Participate in key leadership team efforts involving UX Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Operations across multi-continent UX practice
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of general experience as a UX practitioner, including a year or more experience leading UX projects
Undergraduate or graduate degree
Preferred
Kindness, humility, and putting people first – we believe human-centered people are necessary for great human-centered design
A portfolio demonstrating how you have led teams to pragmatic, high-quality UX outcomes – show us how you get from research to ideas to delivery
Experience in designing SaaS, IoT, Enterprise, and/or platform-driven business & technology solutions
Excellent communication skills, and ability to articulate design value with peers and leaders in Product, Engineering, and Operations
Experience using human-centered design methodologies such as Contextual Design or Service Design
Skills for driving sense-making and alignment workshops and other approaches
