Responsibilities
Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to understand business challenges and develop robust technical solutions
Develop, implement, and maintain our applications
Analyze software features for performance and make data-driven development decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience with PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
Experience with cloud architecture, understanding how to build solutions with managed services
Experience writing integration tests
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to address problems in real-world settings
A demonstrated ability to work in a team, with excellent skills-sharing capabilities
Strong communication skills both within engineering and to other teams in the company
5+ years of backend development experience
Technical Expertise: Programming Proficiency: Expertise in backend systems and infrastructure with an emphasis on Typescript & NodeJS
Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless applications, specifically in managing performance, observability, and scalability
Databases: Experience with PostgresSQL (or other relational databases)
Security Principles: Understanding of embedded security practices and encryption methodologies
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities
