Responsibilities

Develop automated test software solutions

Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, Software, and Test Engineers

Assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate

Provide accurate technical status to program management

Interface with other engineering disciplines as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field

4+ years of professional test development and integration experience

Hardware and Software Integration experience

Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication

Proficiency in Object-oriented programming (C/C++/C# etc.)

Preferred

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

Familiar or experienced in NI Test Software Tools: TestStand, LabWindows/CVI Software

Instrument Communication: Network analyzers, Spectrum analyzers

Microwave/RF measurements: VSWR, Gain, Compression, Phase noise, S-Parameters, etc

Experience with the entire product life cycle development or parts of it: Requirements review, test plan creation, coding, integration of test SW with test stands, and sell-off to customers

Experience with RF test development for production, employing RF Test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, PNA-X etc.)

Experience with RF Measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies

Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature

Experience with SW version control and bug tracking tools

Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution

Experience with National Instruments FlexRIO (LabVIEW FPGA/VHDL/Verilog a plus)

JTAG/Boundary project development in an ATE solution

Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)

Git and Tortoise Git

Strong leadership skills

Experience in leading engineers on multiple projects/tasks

Experience with HW debug & troubleshooting
