Chicane & Latine Studies Postdoctoral Fellow in Puerto Rican Studies
The UW-Madison College of Letters & Science is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in Puerto Rican Studies to advance scholarly projects and foster collaborations between Puerto Rico and its diaspora. The role includes teaching, assisting with programming, and engaging with the vibrant intellectual community at UW-Madison.

Responsibilities
Assist with PRSH programming
Participate in weekly Solidarity Ecosystem meetings with other fellows
Meet biweekly with a faculty mentor to support scholarly productivity
Teach one Puerto Rican Studies focused course during the second year of the fellowship
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have earned a PhD from an accredited PhD granting institution by the start of the fellowship or within the last 5 years
Successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment
