Responsibilities

Create Pipeline: Achieve monthly goals for discovery meetings and sales qualified leads in collaboration with Account Executives from both inbound and outbound activities
Account research: Conduct research on accounts to determine if they fit Medmo’s Ideal Account Profile. Additionally, support Account Executives by providing account insights to aid in building account plans
Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, and LinkedIn for outbound and inbound sales activities
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey for prospects. Foster growth and development of this relationship
Pre & Post Event Lead Management: Assist the sales and marketing team in event preparation by managing lead outreach
Event Support: Provide on-site support for our sales team during events by providing account information for in-person conversations. Occasionally, join the sales team at events to assist with staffing

Required

Minimum of 1 year in a B2B SAAS (Healthcare Preferred) BDR or sales role
Comfortable with cold calling (50–60/day), email copy A/B testing, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with healthcare acronyms & workflows (ACO, MA/Stars/HEDIS, EHR/FHIR/HL7), or a strong appetite to learn quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication, executive-ready and succinct
Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce, and other sales tools
Process-oriented: thrives in predictable prospecting, runs experiments, documents learnings, and iterates weekly
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment
