Responsibilities
Demonstrate an ability to identify and evaluate business, industry, financial, related transactions potential “deal breakers”, and deal-specific risks and opportunities
Evaluate targets’ historical and projected earnings and cash flows; hidden contingencies, commitments; as well as quality of assets
Communicate deal issues to clients in concise, written deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of one year experience doing financial due diligence
Minimum of 4 + years of US GAAP Accounting experience
Preferred
CPA, CA certification
Masters in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Audit experience with PCAOB registered public accounting firm
