Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and realize architecture standards and principles that guide technology decisions across the organization

Provide strategic oversight of Awin’s systems, platforms, and infrastructure, including legacy systems and cloud-native environments

Lead architecture reviews and integration efforts across domains such as CRM, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI enablement

Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and domain experts to ensure architectural consistency and scalability

Contribute to long-term planning for platform evolution, including the sunsetting of legacy systems and migration to unified platforms

Support solution architects and engineering teams by providing architectural guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence

Required

Proven experience in enterprise architecture across large-scale systems and platforms

Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), data warehousing, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and integration patterns

Experience in architecture governance, standards development, and cross-functional collaboration

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Familiarity with FinOps practices and scalable enterprise tooling is a plus
