Senior Select Broker
WTW is a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, and they are seeking a Senior Select Broker to design and negotiate Commercial Insurance strategies for lower-middle-market clients. The role involves developing market strategies, addressing client needs, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring comprehensive program placements.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead market strategy and proposal review meetings with WTW team members to align with client presentation dates
Deliver market intelligence and leverage internal resources to support strategic marketing efforts
Address client needs by identifying coverage gaps and highlighting new coverage opportunities for comprehensive program placements
Create innovative placement approaches to exceed client expectations
Negotiate premiums, coverage enhancements, commissions, and existing coverages with carriers
Provide a thorough review and analysis of renewal information, including but not limited to, coverage, limits, loss history, and exposures
Provide thorough communication with all WTW team members, carriers, and/or wholesalers throughout the placement process
Bind coverage and prepare carrier binders/documents
Cultivate strong relationships with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
Participate in industry meetings and stay informed on evolving insurance and risk market trends
Understand and comply with WTW Excellence Model requirements
Collaborate and communicate with other client services teams and Shared Service Centers to smoothly and efficiently complete joint work/process steps/etc
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to Client Service and Placement standards
Qualification
Required
