The Sales Excellence Manager will design, develop, and improve the performance of Fireblocks' Sales organization, overseeing training, best practices, content, and sales tools to increase productivity and success.

Responsibilities
Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimise and assess enablement programs
Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
Ensure sufficient knowledge level for both internal reps and partners
Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
Serve as a liaison to streamline cross-functional processes
Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
Create and edit video shorts for product demos and process tutorials
Gather and relay feedback to iterate on the enablement strategy continuously
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
Maintain knowledge management tools to ensure it is easily accessible and provide the capabilities sellers need
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or L&D
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
Experience with content management and learning management systems (LMS)
Able to build relationships with internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Fast & self-learner
