Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain critical processes for processing corporate actions and distributing dividends at scale
Collaborate with product, operations, engineering, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in an on-call rotation to support the Operations team, respond to critical incidents, and perform system maintenance
Continuously innovate, iterate, and improve existing processes to expand automation and reduce manual toil
Ship high-quality code to production regularly, balancing speed with a focus on reliability and maintainability
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical growth
Review code to uphold and maintain a high standard of code quality across the team
Qualification
Required
Proven track record leading and shipping high-impact projects for large-scale applications
Experience designing and implementing complex features end-to-end using the best practices
Strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where reliability and accuracy are critical
Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Backend development with Kotlin or Java using Spring
PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and Kafka
Preferred
Front-end development with React and TypeScript
Background and knowledge of investments
Experience with Temporal, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Kubernetes (K8s)
Usage of AI tools to enhance day-to-day productivity
