Sr. Brand Analyst - Rao's Sauce
The Campbell's Company, known for its iconic food brands, is seeking a passionate Sr. Brand Analyst to support the Rao’s Sauce business within its Distinctive Brands division. The role involves championing the brand's positioning, analyzing business performance metrics, and leading commercialization projects while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Champion Rao’s distinctive brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints
Support the delivery of monthly consumption and demand forecasts in collaboration with Demand Planning and Sales Strategy via the Integrated Business Planning process
Own and analyze business performance metrics to uncover insights and optimize strategy
Lead commercialization projects (e.g., line extensions, renovations) through the stage gate process, partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Supply Chain
Monitor competitive activity and macro/category trends to identify growth opportunities that inform future brand strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years experience in CPG Brand Management or related experience (e.g. Demand Planning, Finance, Consulting). Note that MBA may count for additional experience
Preferred
MBA
Experience in food or beverage industry
Experience with consumption tools (Circana, Nielsen)
Experience managing a marketing budget
