DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Responsibilities

Help architect the future platform Elligint Health will run on, design and execute its implementation
Develop and maintain IaC code to create production, test, stage and dev environments in our cloud environment
Monitor, Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
Update Configuration management code to maintain consistency across our accounts
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate routine operations, testing, deployments and other tasks
Craft dashboards, monitors and alerts to keep our platform running smoothly and enable quick triage of incidents
Help automate manual tasks to make our team, the QA team, the development team, and our company in general, more efficient

Required

5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience supporting a customer facing SaaS platform
Deep understanding of DevOps best practices, patterns and anti-patterns, with a mindset towards security
Experience running and maintaining production environments in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Proficiency with Git, at least one IaC tool, configuration management systems, modern monitoring, logging and alerting platforms
Ability to write code in and debug at least one common programming language
Familiarity running containerized micro-services and building docker containers
Strong experience with Linux
Someone that can work independently on a small team in a startup-like environment
Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time

Preferred

Bonus for experience with FedRamp, MySQL, PHP, AWS, Ansible, Terraform and Groovy
