Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for C-suite leaders, building lasting partnerships through on-site consultations
Utilize Doximity Talent Solution | Curative’s database and various platforms to source top talent, conducting interviews to ensure alignment with client needs
Collaborate with teams and clients to create effective job ads and marketing materials, addressing any service-related concerns

Required

3+ years in Permanent Placement healthcare staffing, including retained fee experience with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs

Comfortable making outbound calls and connecting with candidate leads
Ability to navigate complex situations independently
Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in relationship-building with healthcare leaders
Proficiency in Google Workspace and recruitment technologies
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to success in healthcare staffing
