Pathstone is a dynamic, rapidly growing, partner-owned wealth management firm that serves ultra-high net worth families and foundations. They are seeking an Associate for their Client Advisory team to support client service and daily operations while developing skills in wealth management. The role involves assisting with account applications, fund documents, and collaborating with client teams on trades and money movements.

Responsibilities

Assist the Client Advisory Team(s) in all manners of client service and daily operations, as well as special projects

Primary responsibility is supporting the daily operations of individual Client Teams

This can include completing account applications, preparing fund subscription documents, accounting and reporting maintenance, and assisting in the development of client presentation materials

In addition, the Associate will collaborate with client teams to process money movements and execute trades within accounts, while following the process through in tandem with the firm’s Capital Markets Group

Associates manage task flow and record keeping inside our firm’s CRM ensuring we have accurate and timely execution

Required

Bachelor's degree

Prior experience in the financial management industry, specifically Client Operations and Administration, and past full-time office experience is a plus, but not required for recent graduates

Solid analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and client service skills

Detail-oriented and ability to handle time-sensitive issues

Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly Excel

A positive attitude and initiative in all aspects of the position

The ability to prioritize tasks in the face of competing demands

Engaged in learning and growing, and motivated to take on new challenges

Strong verbal and written communication skills
