Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on import/ export regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance best practices

Escalating forecasted delays to appropriate internal customers

Problem solving to meet customer satisfaction while maintaining Lenovo’s values

Work cross functionally with manufacturing, global logistics, engineering, development, and sales

5+ years related experience required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Strong proficient with Microsoft office and particularly Excel
