Required

Candidates should hold an advanced degree in engineering, hydrogeology, or similar field

Preferred

M.S. or Ph.D. in civil or environmental engineering, hydrogeology, geology or related field

Licensed P.E. or P.G

15+ years of consulting experience and recognized expertise in the water resources field

Proven track record in developing and capturing consulting business, and supporting or leading growth of a water resource practice

Proven leadership on projects as a strategic advisor to clients

Litigation support consulting and testifying expert qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally

Possess strong organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
