Responsibilities

Supervise implementation of global methodologies across shifts and sites
Lead incident investigations and facilitate cross-functional RCCA processes
Support worldwide audits and ensure compliance with tool capability standards
Troubleshoot yield excursions across fabs and design complex DOEs using ANOVA
Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence across teams
Analyze probe/test data, manage PCNs, and track KPI improvements
Orchestrate global crisis-response teams and lead customer QBRs
Drive yield-enhancement projects and systemic solutions for multi-site challenges
Communicate data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions

Required

ALD Equipment experience is REQUIRED for this role
BS in Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Systems Engineering + 16 years of experience; OR MS + 12 years of experience; OR PhD + 8 years of experience
Mastery of all and recognized ASM expert in at least one of the following: Wafer fabs, closed-loop gas and vacuum control, gas schematics and drawings, RF-induced plasma, toxic and/or flammable gases and acids; Electromechanical schematics and drawings, electro-pneumatic controls, robotics, microprocessor-based controllers, basic software concepts
Strong to expert knowledge of hand tools, oscilloscopes, complex measuring devices, and DVMs
Prior experience managing small teams and exposure to customer interactions

Preferred

Advanced degree in engineering or related field
Global experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments
Leadership certifications or formal management training
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive systemic improvements
Strong analytical skills with expertise in DOE design and ANOVA
