Responsibilities

Assist the Branch and Regional Service Manager with organizing and managing daily workflow

Help identify and prioritize shop issues and concerns

Inspect, service, and repair a wide variety of construction rental equipment ensuring that units are maintained per Milton Rents standards & requirements

Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drive components, and other mechanical systems

Exhibit positive and effective interaction with customers, fellow employees, Management and Equipment manufacturers

Uphold safety practices and standards

Maintain accurate records as it relates to repair orders, parts ordering, and time keeping

Must be both efficient and thorough with all repairs and rental check-in

Maintain a clean work area and keep tools in proper working condition

Maintain and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Complete and submit all paperwork required by shop management in the requested timeframes
