Actively solicit subcontractor bids through phone and email outreach

Clearly communicate project scope details, bid requirements, and submission deadlines

Maintain consistent follow-up with subcontractors until bids are received

Manage multiple bid packages simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and organization

Assist with basic drawing review to extract scope information as needed

Support Christine with day-to-day estimating and coordination tasks
