Responsibilities

Providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their U.S. and international operations
Leading client relationships and interactions
Managing and driving the success of multiple international tax engagements
Managing multi-state complex C corp tax returns with international operations, and potentially partnership tax returns
Experience with Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 5472, 1042, FinCEN114, and other international reporting forms
Strategic planning for clients including advising on federal domestic and international and state compliance issues
Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
Identifying tax planning opportunities, including international tax planning
Conducting constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and providing counsel accordingly
Coaching and mentoring the next generation of leaders
Serving in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader
Seeking and developing new clients and business development

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license or Master of Science in Taxation
8+ years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail

Preferred

Manufacturing, distribution, industrial & consumer products or energy client experience preferred
