Technical Recruiter (Hybrid)
Conexess Group is a full-service staffing firm that has been operating since 2009, serving a diverse client base from Fortune 500 companies to smaller businesses. They are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter who will focus on building relationships with candidates and managing client relationships while generating leads for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and nurture candidate relationships and gather requirements for new and existing opportunities using internal databases, job boards, social media, and other search engines, etc
Continuously build and mature candidate pipeline
Generate leads and market intelligence for our sales and new client development efforts
Multi-task, problem-solve and assist Account Managers in managing client relationships
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree (Required)
An outgoing personality
Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting or sales experience preferred
High-energy individual who thrives in a competitive environment
Money motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Willingness to identify, qualify and close new candidates
Detail-oriented and well organized
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in sales, cold-calling and acquiring new business is a plus
