Bay Insulation Systems is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior ERP Solutions Architect to join their team. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing their ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration across platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and roadmap of ERP and other systems across the enterprise

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

Oversee ERP integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, financial platforms, product configurator etc.)

Extensive experience with project management, testing strategies and implementations

Experience with Agile methodology and Microsoft DevOps desired

Ensure all systems are performance optimized and secure, data integrity, security, and compliance following business and technical standards

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ERP developers and business analysts

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements and forward-looking solutions for ERP and supporting systems

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed

Develop and maintain documentation for all system architecture, processes, and business & technical standards

Required

10+ years of experience in ERP systems architecture and implementations

Deep expertise in one or more ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Business Central)

Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain management, and operations

Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and hybrid environments

Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)

Familiarity with ISV solutions and third-party integrations

Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills

Proficient skills in data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL and Data Warehousing platforms

Preferred

Experience with multiple legal entities, business units, and geographies desired

Experience with Agile methodology and Microsoft DevOps desired

Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure services, and integration tools
