Ensure proper training of new and existing staff
Monitor the day-to-day tasks for ED Billing follow-up
Develop new processes and reinforce existing processes
Work with department Managers to resolve issues
Review staff audits
Qualification
Required
Review, organize, and file IDR emails and complete responses
Proven management skills for large multi-task groups of employees
Prior word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Minimum of 10 years third party billing experience
