Responsibilities

Own the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers

Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design robust technical solutions that meet our customer needs

Build deep trust across engineers, end‑users, and executives to clear roadblocks and accelerate progress

Drive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps

Work in tight collaboration with the product team to inform the future of the product

Design and run pilots that demonstrate massive value and a vision for long-term success

Required

Strong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures

Clear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences

You must be willing and able to work from the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area and be onsite Monday through Thursday due to the nature and business needs of the role

Ability to travel 50%+ required. Varies by location and customer needs
