Responsibilities
Will provide Numerical Control programming support utilizing Catia V5 and CGTech Vericut V9 software as required
Will perform tasks with a thorough understanding of the numerical control programming process and associated technologies of post processors and machine tool controls
Will provide NC programming support for the machining of metallic and non-metallic materials, ply cutting, and laser assisted lay-up
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A US CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access
A level 3 employee typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience
Will provide Numerical Control programming support utilizing Catia V5 and CGTech Vericut V9 software as required
Will perform tasks with a thorough understanding of the numerical control programming process and associated technologies of post processors and machine tool controls
Will provide NC programming support for the machining of metallic and non-metallic materials, ply cutting, and laser assisted lay-up
A combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent to the degree requirement. Case by case evaluation must occur
Preferred
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience
Knowledge of using and creating Process Catalogs, Cutter Assembly Catalogs, and parametric modeling practices
CATIA V5 Macro development using Visual Basic and CATIA Knowledge Ware
Experience with the machining of hard metallic materials
Experience with the machining of composite materials
Set-up and run of CNC machines experience
Knowledge of Fanuc and Kuka robotic systems
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
Secret Clearance
ICAM post processer software
Creating NC support geometry using CATIA V5 Part Design, Generative Shape Design, and Assembly Design work benches
