Responsibilities
Prepare scope and cost estimate for assigned projects
Maintains compliance with ISO Quality System responsibilities
Develop an engineering, procurement and construction strategy for each project
Design and implement approved projects
Monitor and control project scope, schedule and cost
Manage project construction
Coordinate project commissioning and start-up
Communicate project status to operations and maintenance
Provide technical assistance to operations and maintenance to identify and solve routine problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or other 4-year technical degree and related experience
Adequate knowledge of engineering principles and procedures
Preferred
Prior work experience in pulp & paper industry preferred, but not essential
