They are looking for a versatile and technically skilled IT Support Technician who will provide support in hardware, networks, scripting, Linux administration, and MySQL database support.

CompTIA A+ Certification
CompTIA Network+ (N+) Certification
Working knowledge of Linux (CLI, system configuration, troubleshooting)
Electrical troubleshooting skills using a multimeter
Basic to intermediate coding experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Skilled in basic MySQL commands for querying and troubleshooting databases
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Valid driver’s license (for field service roles)
