The Controller will lead a high-performing finance team and oversee financial reporting, operational accounting, and technology/process optimization.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement
Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely, and consolidated financial reporting
Design and implement scalable financial models to support recurring reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
Collaborate across departments to analyze financial and non-financial data, providing insights to guide business strategy
Drive enhancements to financial reporting processes, maintaining alignment with business priorities and internal controls
Support complex accounting issues, including business transactions and updates to accounting standards
Partner with teams to analyze and implement process changes for term and SaaS offerings
Manage accounts payable operations, optimizing efficiency while upholding controls and mitigating risk
Work with the Financial Systems Team to identify and implement workflow improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency
Champion new software solutions and integrations to enhance reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making
Lead financial planning processes, aligning forecasts and budgets with organizational goals
Develop dynamic financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions on the company’s financial outlook throughout the year
