Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex UAV projects, ensuring that all project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning

Utilize Agile development techniques to manage project workflows, facilitating regular sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams

Provide technical oversight and guidance on UAV systems, including design, development, testing, and integration

Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery

Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project deliverables

Mentor and support project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

Prepare regular project status reports, including performance metrics, financial summaries, and risk assessments
