Responsibilities

You’ll gain real-life experience and explore what it’s like to work as part of an organization that exemplifies people, performance, and possibilities
As an intern, you’ll work on challenging projects in your specific area of study and receive support from a mentor
Over the 10-week program, you’ll participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities designed to set you up for professional success
You’ll be an integral part of the HRBP team, helping to ensure an efficient and effective process is met

Human Resources focusAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsInterest in bankingSelf-motivation

Required

Candidate must be currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program with a focus in Human Resources
GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills
Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision
An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry

Preferred

Prefer that you are entering into your Junior or Senior year in the Fall 2025
